Попытку попасть в UFC Мария Агапова предприняла еще летом прошлого года.

22-летняя уроженка Казахстана, Мария Агапова, пополнила ростер крупнейшего мма-промоушена, сообщает zakon.kz со ссылкой на FightTime.ru.

О подписании контракта с UFC представительница наилегчайшей весовой категории сообщила на своей странице в Instagram.

Попытку попасть в UFC Мария Агапова предприняла еще летом прошлого года, став участницей третьего сезона шоу Dana White's Contender Series, однако, не использовала свой шанс, уступив единогласным решением Трэйси Кортез.

После этого Агапова подписала контракт с Invicta FC, где провела два поединка, финишировав удушением Алексу Коннерс, и техническим нокаутом Марилию Сантос.

Всего на счету Марии Агаповой восемь побед, из них шесть досрочных, и одно поражение.

Можно предположить, что подписание Агаповой в том числе связано с тем, что летом этого года UFC планирует провести первое казахское шоу в истории организации, которое состоится 13 июня в Нур-Султане.
